Although this was an attempt to make a program to depict important images in structural geology with brief descriptions and some multimedia files as well, I found that the task was not an easy one since it is different to type on a typwriter than on a computer as the monitor radiations keep bothering you all the time. So I badly needed the IBM software of speaking into the microphone and getting text in place. As I failed to get it as it was rather highly priced, I made the abortive attempt and finally decided to give this as a software to anyone to make similar program in practically any field, be it RADAR technology, heat transfer, micrpalaeontology or any field or theme. So I embarked on making this a fully customizable by adding a tabbed dialog box and introducing SAVE the settings and GET those at the time of Loading. I have presently added loading option for text files together with the images or animation or movie files. Only GIF animations are presently allowed. I only hope you like it. So this about box will remain in the main program as your thanks to me and your attribution of this to me for your liking this program. You may make a full atlas in this field only by adding images in seven folders and text files in About subfolders. But you may use it any way you like. For example, if you are making a program for ethnic types, you might include in 7 folders the images for 7 diffrent types of strains, like austro-mangaloid, European, African, American Indians, Indian-Srilankan etc. Or you wish to make a presentation say "Making of the Sistine Chapel", you could include images of the entire chapel and categorise them into seven types and include brief descriptions. I wish you all luck and hope that you find this program useful. The number of text files MUST be the same as images as the index property of each list is compared and the captions must be such that on sorting alphabetically, the given image of say #18 must have the same number for its text equivalent in About subfolder. You can use this for your own demos but not as a regular software since you may want to hide your images and load them from hidden DLL or RES controls.
